Becky is a wonderful artist – Becky and Sian came along to illustrate a youth conference and they captured the day so powerfully and creatively! The young people had so many ideas and so much to say, but Becky and Sian captured the essence of everyone’s contributions in such a compelling piece. Having visual artistry on the day was a huge plus to our event, it created a focal point and an exciting discussion point for some of our more reserved conference delegates. The finished piece is a masterpiece and something which will remain a legacy of the young people’s work for years to come.

I was part of TEDx NUH on the 8th July.
Chris and Becky were creating the illustrations from the various talks. I saw them at work during the day and briefly caught up at lunch time to say how amazed I was at their ability to capture the contents so accurately.
I have since seen the finished work and I am blown away, fantastic work from them both. They are truly gifted and I am sure others in your company are as well.

Becky is an incredibly talented, inspiring and hard-working artist with an excellent reputation for her creativity, skills and high standards. I have been aware of her work previously through Walk the Plank and Lantern Company and delighted to have the opportunity to work with her. As part of Imagine Bamboo is Everywhere, Becky created a family of spectacular and intriguing freestanding bamboo installations ‘Framing Nature’, inviting members of the public to see the natural landscape through new eyes and to photograph or be photographed themselves as a collaborator in the work. These were very successful in engaging and delighting the public, as well as inspiring her creative colleagues, project partners and community makers. I greatly admired Becky’s creative vision, design and craft skills as well as her warm collaboration and expertise in supporting other artists, community makers at all levels of experience and facilitating public design and making workshops.

I have known Becky Bryson since 2017. She works for Wren Music as a freelance visual artist in residence making lantern images for our annual lantern project in the West Devon town of Okehampton.
The quality of her work in exemplary, she is able to make lanterns that reflect the reality of her subject and relevance to the community, that are raised to the level of artwork in their execution and for the appreciation of the audience.
